PRIVATE/BROKERAGE FUNDED FEES
THERAPY OR ASSESSMENT
All self-funded service fees are detailed as follows:

$220 per hour for Telehealth or In-person intervention (50 minute session + 10 written feedback)

Travel charge may apply
CLINICAL SUPERVISION AND PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATION

Clinical supervision is available to Occupational Therapists for $193.99 per hour telehealth or in person.
INTERVENTION FEES
NDIS FUNDED SERVICE FEES
All NDIS (self managed & plan managed) funded service fees are covered as follows:

$193.99 per hour for direct and indirect supports. (50 minute session + 10 written feedback)

Direct supports: in-person, video or phone contact

Indirect supports: writing notes, reports, care team liaison.
NDIS Provider Travel Costs

My travel rates are calculated using the NDIS Price Guide

Travel up to 30 minutes in each direction may be charged

60+ minutes of travel time will be charged at a maximum of 60 minutes
CANCELLATION POLICY
My Cancellation Policy for NDIS and privately funded services is as follows:

If less than 24 hours' notice is given to cancel an appointment, a 100% cancellation fee will apply

If 24-48 hours’ notice is given, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
